Autops Managed Services takes care of all aspects related to operating a Kubernetes workload. This is often more work than people expect and in many cases proper knowledge and experience is missing within teams.
Things like upgrading Kubernetes clusters, scaling workloads, running a monitoring and logging service, security, backups and so on can take a large chunk of your available time.
We provide our customers complete insights by giving (read) access to the GitOps repository and metrics dashboards.
Deploy
Autops Managed Services uses GitOps to manage all operational aspects from deploying applications to managing one or multiple Kubernetes clusters.
Maintain
Autops has developed a framework based on several open-source tools from the Kubernetes ecosystem. This framework makes sure that monitoring, logging, security, updates, alerts (e.g. customer slack.)
Improve
There is always room for improvement. Once we get an idea on how a workload is performing we can implement changes to improve scaling, cost, observability. Besides that you the customer can also suggest improvements.
React
Things will eventually fail, we need to accept this reality. While this sounds scary, it doesn’t have to be. Autops Managed Services can cover this by making sure we can anticipate unplanned maintenance and incidents. We do this by automating everything.
